Terms of Agreement
You must agree to these terms before continuing.
Christian Culture Center Community Funding Initiative Terms of Agreement

	By submitting an application stating that you are seeking funds from people who visit the Christian Culture Center web site and view your project description, you are acknowledging and agreeing to be bound by the following terms:

	Terms of Agreement:
	1.  You agree to indemnify the Christian Culture Center from any and all legal and civil claims resulting from your project, its various activities and business dealings.  The Christian Culture Center is not responsible for the project you are advertising and promoting and you retail all responsibilities thereof.
	2.  The Christian Culture Center is merely agreeing to display your project description and funding request and makes no guarantees of any kind that you will receive any funding whatsoever.
	3. The Christian Culture Center makes no claim that your project meets all legal and ethical requirements. Complying with all applicable local, national and international laws is your responsibility alone and if the Christian Culture Center discovers that you are not meeting all legal and civil responsibilities, we will terminate your application, advertising and promotion immediately without notification.  
	4. The Christian Culture Center does not imply or guarantee that you will receive any funding whatsoever resulting from your project application and subsequent posting on the Christian Culture Center web site and related advertising and promotion.
	5. You agree that the project you are submitting and that you are seeking funds for is not in any way subject to stock or stock trading laws such as laws passed and subject to the Federal Trading Commission and all other such entities, and does not violate any public or private trading laws.   
	6. You agree to supply your applicable tax identification number that we may display on our web site for public view and that we may store in our files.
	7. You agree that the Christian Culture Center may advertise and promote your project in order to help raise awareness so that people, organizations and businesses may pledge amounts directly to you for the purposes described in your project application and definition.  
	8. You agree that the full pledge amount must be reached before any funds will be collected and distributed to you.
	9. You agree that the Christian Culture Center is merely a collector of funds pledged to you and for that service you agree to pay 10% of the funds it collects prior to distributing the other 90% directly to you for the purposes of carrying out your project.
	10. You agree that you will be furnished the email addresses of those who pledge funds toward your project and that you may contact them solely for the purposes of communicating about your project.  Any violation of this will result in your application being revoked.
	11. You agree to treat those who pledge funds toward your project and, if your project goal is reached, those who contribute funds to your project, in a respectable manner and that you keep their information private.  If a specific person, organization or business agrees that you may release information about them and their contribution then you agree to work out the details of that disclosure with the specific parties involved and you agree that the Christian Culture Center has no part in that agreement and is indeminified from any actions taken as a result of such disclosures.
